Physician Assistant Gabriella Feu Rosa

Gabriella Feu Rosa, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Gabriella has three years of diverse dermatology experience evaluating and treating a broad spectrum of skin conditions in patients of all ages. Known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach, she is passionate about helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy skin through personalized treatment plans, clear communication, and a relaxed patient experience. Drawn to dermatology for its unique blend of clinical complexity and meaningful, visible outcomes, Gabriella thoroughly enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients while helping them feel confident in their skin.

Gabriella is experienced in treating a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, pigmentation concerns, skin infections, warts, and skin cancer-related conditions. In addition to general dermatology, Gabriella is skilled in performing dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryosurgery, and electrodesiccation and curettage. She also provides cosmetic treatments, including BOTOX® injections, with a focus on achieving natural, refreshed results. Fluent in English and Portuguese, and conversational in Spanish, Gabriella values creating an inclusive and comfortable experience for patients from diverse backgrounds.

Gabriella earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University before obtaining her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree with High Honors from South University in West Palm Beach, FL. Prior to PA school, she accumulated more than 4,000 hours of hands-on patient care experience across multiple areas of medicine, helping establish a strong clinical foundation and patient-centered approach to care. Following graduation, Gabriella pursued her passion for dermatology and has since gained extensive experience practicing in high-volume dermatology settings in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
